Olympic Shawn Johnson East offers insight into your dynamic with your peers Special Forces: the toughest test in the world recruits.

Johnson East and the sister wives star are two of the contestants of Fox season 4 special forces, where they board military style training challenges from a team of true special operations veterans.
“We mixed together so much on different teams that I was able to really interact with each person,” Johnson East explained Friday. “When it came to being really vulnerable and scared, every single person had my back and vice versa. So even if we all got mad at each other for different styles, I would still put them on my team.”
The retired gymnast also appeared on the grueling reality TV competition. with her husband, andres this.
“I would say [the show impacted our marriage] “In a big way,” Johnson East, who shares three children with his spouse, said in another upload on Friday. “Each of us was able to see each other’s competitive side and see each other grow.”
She added: “I feel more in love with my husband, seeing how wonderful a leader he was and how much he cared for everyone. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. He was literally like everyone’s rock. Everyone knew that if Andrew was on their team, they would do well. He was controlling everyone and knew everyone’s life story.”
Many of the other stars have spoken about the setting of Season 4, including Brown.
