‘Will take action’: Trump issues major threat as Gaza-Israel peace plan falters

Published on

Donald Trump made a major threat on Saturday related to the shaky deal between Israel and Hamas.

The president took to Truth Social over the weekend to air his grievances toward Hamas.

“We have a very strong PEACE in the Middle East, and I believe it has a very good chance of being ETERNAL,” Trump said before adding, “Hamas will have to quickly begin returning the bodies of the deceased hostages, including two Americans, or the other countries involved in this GREAT PEACE will take action.”

Then he continued:

“Some of the bodies are hard to get to, but others can come back now and for some reason they’re not. Maybe it has to do with their disarmament, but when I said, ‘Both sides would be treated fairly,’ that only applies if they fulfill their obligations.”

Trump then concluded: “Let’s see what they do over the next 48 hours. I’m watching this very closely.”
